My Story

My journey into Gut Health & Wellness started long before I became a Certified Holistic Nutritionist (AFPA). Growing up, I struggled with digestive issues that left me constantly searching for relief. It wasn’t until I began experimenting with fermented foods & probiotic recipes that I discovered the healing potential of food.

Over time, I realized that my own experience wasn’t unique so many people live with discomfort, especially those dealing with IBS and sensitivities. That led me to pursue advanced training in the Low FODMAP & IBS-Friendly diet from Monash University and dive deeper into culinary nutrition.

For the past 8 years, I’ve been creating recipes that not only restore balance but also make healthy eating feel joyful and easy to sustain.

The Turning Point

The real turning point came in my mid-twenties, when I felt exhausted and frustrated with my digestive struggles. I vividly remember sitting at my kitchen table, staring at a plate of food I loved but couldn’t tolerate anymore. That moment pushed me to stop ignoring my body and start understanding it.

Through study, trial, and error, I discovered that Gut Health & Wellness wasn’t about restriction it was about crafting meals that nourished both the body and soul. That realization changed not only how I eat but also the way I now help others.

What I Learned the Hard Way

One of the hardest lessons was realizing that Low FODMAP & IBS-Friendly eating isn’t always straightforward. I made plenty of mistakes cutting out too many foods, fearing meals out with friends, and overcomplicating simple recipes.

Through those struggles, I learned that balance matters more than perfection. Today, I guide others through the same challenges with empathy, because I know firsthand how overwhelming the process can feel.

My Approach Now

My approach to Gut Health & Wellness is rooted in simplicity and flavor. I believe food should heal without feeling restrictive, which is why I combine the science of the Low FODMAP diet with the creativity of fermented foods & probiotic recipes.

Instead of focusing on what you can’t have, I emphasize delicious, gut-friendly recipes that bring joy back to the table. It’s about reducing symptoms, restoring balance, and making eating feel safe and satisfying again.

What I Believe

  • Food is both medicine and pleasure it should heal without sacrificing taste.
  • A balanced gut is the foundation of true wellness.
  • Small, consistent changes in diet and lifestyle create the biggest results.
